The tabel below shows the salaries given to a German Wehrmacht soldier, depending on his rank, wheter he was married and the number of children he had. In addition to the salary, the soldier and his wife and children (if he had any) had the right to free medical treatment and consultation with a military doctor (or a civilian doctor, under some circumstances). If he died while in service, his wife and children retained these rights until three months after the end of the month he died. The three numbers for each category shows the gross salary, the wage tax and the net salary, which was the gross salary, minus the wage tax and a WHW-contribution, which isn't elaborated further in the document.
